Synergy is simply defined where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. With Synergistic Coaching, a person will look at all parts of their life (mind, body, and spirit) and learn to incorporate these parts within themselves. Synergy is the combination of all human strengths and weaknesses.
This is an approach to coaching that transcends all aspects of life by combining fundamental theories with the latest research in the areas of human behavior and development, motivation, change (personal & professional), emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, stress management, leadership and team building & dynamics. It looks at each personal unique and optimal style of learning, growing, and changing.
Synergistic coaching works with the client to develop new energy, to shape new visions, and to design pragmatic ways to integrate them into daily life with the primary focus on creating personal growth and empowerment.
Within our internal systems there is a direct relationship between thoughts, feelings, and reactions. These systems directly impact behavior, success, and satisfaction within external systems. We have a need to bring ourselves back into balance by moving our attention out of interfering emotions or feelings and thoughts, which may interfere with optimal decision making, communication, creativity, and overall effectiveness and into a more resourceful, intuitive and creative state.
We are all systems within systems and as with all systems are influenced by or are the influencer of all of these systems and the constant changes within them.
An effective coach needs to provide a safe and trusting environment and relationship for the client to explore, learn and embrace change.
My primary objective is to facilitate, coach and empower you to meet your goals and help you to stay out of your own way to get from where you are now to where you want to be synergistically.
