Book Topics
Chloe is one of the co-authors in a number of books all published by the Professional Woman Publishing. We believe you can have the largest impact on readers when they can see and hear you “up close and personal.” It’s great to speak to a small and/or large crowd. Even in this scenario we believe someone in the room (in fact, lots of “someone’s”) may feel you are speaking only to them and that they were meant to hear your message on that particular day. You can change a life or many lives with your story and your message.
Adolescents Today
Adolescence has always been a complicated, challenging time in life but one could argue that young people today are living in the most complicated and confusing time the world has ever seen. Information is more accessible than ever. The smartphone has become a place for connection instead of the neighborhood park. Young people are bombarded with thousands of images daily that beg for their attention. There is no simple formula to follow or perfect curriculum to help adolescence in today’s world but we help them successfully navigate this time of life.
Building Relationships
People quit people before they quit their job so building and maintaining a climate of commitment over compliance is crucial to overall success. We help you to develop strategies, set boundaries and bring out the best in your relationships. We work with individuals, groups, leaders, and teams and help you to address individual and home language, workplace language, work ethic, aligning expectations with performance, and setting goals. We are ready to work with you to improve both personal and professional relationships.
Communications
Being able to communicate effectively is perhaps the most important of all life skills. It is what enables us to pass information to other people and to understand what is said to us. Communication, at its simplest, is the act of transferring information from one place to another. It may be vocally (using voice), written (using print4ed or digital media such as books, magazines, websites, or emails), visually (using logos, maps, chats, or graphs). In practice, it is often a combination of several of these.
Diversity in the Workplace
When you hire people from diverse backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures, you’re bringing a fresh array of perspectives to the table. This can lead to benefits like better problem solving and increased productivity. Workplace diversity leads to innovation. If you have a homogenous group of people, chances are that everything – from their thought patterns to life experiences to problem-solving skills – are likely to be similar. And sameness doesn’t lead to creative solutions. On the other hand, a heterogeneous group of employees will contribute unique perspectives that can lead to breakthroughs in thought.
Management Training
Leadership and managership are often interchangeable as if they were the same words. However, though they share some common traits, there is a distinct difference. A leader isn’t necessarily a manager, but a true manager must be a leader. You might already know your personality type but do you know your management type? There are five key management types, and identifying your style can help you understand your strengths and weaknesses. Knowing your management style is important when you are managing people and projects to give a better understanding of your own strengths and weaknesses, and learning how to use your management style to your advantage.

Stress Management
Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the demands of life. A small amount of stress can be good, motivating you to perform well. But multiple challenges daily of stress can damage your health, relationships or quality of life. Your brain comes hard-wired with an alarm system for your protection. When your brain perceives a threat, it signals your body to release a burst of hormones that increase your heart rate and raise your blood pressure. This "fight-or-flight" response fuels you to deal with the threat. Stress management gives you a range of tools to reset your alarm system. It can help your mind and body adapt (resilience).
