Diversity in the Workplace

(Recommended that Part 1 and 2 are offered close together and in a six hour block)
Designed for all employees of organizations who have internal and external customer contact, as well as governmental agencies and educators who impact and shape the attitudes of the young. This workshop builds upon Cultural Diversity: Part 1 with an in-depth approach to discovering commonalities among people of different ethnicities, cultures and beliefs while exploring techniques to overcome barriers and prejudice.
Topics include:

• Building Cohesive Multi-Cultural Work Teams
• Conducting a Diversity Audit
• Protocol, Customs, Etiquette
• Solving Personality Differences
• Trust & Respect in Human Relations

(Recommended in a six hour block)
An interactive workshop designed for all employees functioning in a management or supervisory capacity, or working to become a part of the management team. This workshop builds upon Cultural Diversity: Part 2, continuing the journey of true acceptance and understanding of others. Holistic Leadership Skills is dedicated to looking at the strengths of men and women, and cultures around the world. Participants will also explore leaders past and present influencing human affairs.

• Male/Female Strengths
• Taking Care of the Physical Self
• Understanding other Cultures
